This stainless steel food probe, has many uses including measuring the temperature of meat, liquids and other culinary uses as well as checking bath water temperature etc. The probe has a range of -50°C to 300°C (-58°F to 572°F)
It has ON/OFF , Hold ,°C/°F and Min/Max buttons allowing it to live temperatures as well as the last temperature measured as well as Maximum and Minimum temperatures since switched on.
